Create effective learning pathways with the four elements in the learning labels system. Directly set expectations at each level. Full transparency as each element get a unique URL and landing page. Credibility is established on a task level; skill expectations are linked to education and training standards. There is also a peer review process. Competencies are established by calibrating Skill Points® on an aggregate level. The Skill Points® on a ‘job label’ should match the sum of Skill Points® in the learning labels for a pathway.
