How would a consortium use my team’s platform for a #workforce or #skills initiative?

1) Understand the Skills Based Approach #methodology. Give learners, workers, and practitioners a copy of the book ‘A Skills Based Approach to Developing a Career’ at cost or free.
2) Adopt a Skills Culture, a #growthmindset supporting all the applications. Share best practices on the community website.
3) Get the key learning institutions (#highered, #education, and #training) ‘mapping skills to learning’. Use the Skills Label system.
4) Get the key employers ‘mapping skills to jobs’. Use the Skills Label system
5) Take results (3 and 4) to create better #pathways.
