Skills Based Approach Web Application (2023): Work with Multiple Skills Sets Simultaneously

Finally updated the Skills Based Approach web application to match the interface and functionality of the previously released Android app. A goal of this app is to provide access across all devices and platforms with a browser.

There are also advantages in accessing this app from a desktop / laptop / or tablet – like uploading a resume, syllabus, or lesson plan to automatically input into your skill set and Skill Based Approach stages.
